A $1500 USD per
person advance payment (payable by MasterCard,
Visa, Discover or American Express cards or by
check drawn on a US bank), along with a
completed reservation form, confirms your space.
A second advance payment of $750 USD is due
October 6, 2009. The balance is due March 6,
2010. We reserve the right to treat the
reservation as cancelled if payment(s) is not
received when due.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email,
fax or mail. All advance payments, less a $300
per person service fee, are refundable until
October 6, 2009. From October 6, 2009 to March
6, 2010, there will be a $1000 per person
cancellation fee. There are no refunds after
March 6, 2010. Air cancellation terms are
additional.
We highly recommend that all travelers obtain
Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance.
