Payments and Terms |

A $2500 USD per person advance payment (payable
by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American
Express cards or by check drawn on a US bank),
along with a completed reservation form,
confirms your space. A second advance payment of
$3000 per person is due September 6, 2009. The
balance is due March 6, 2010. We reserve the
right to treat a reservation as cancelled if
payments are not received when due. |

Cancellations
must be made in writing by email, fax or mail.
All advance payments, less a $500 per person
service fee, are refundable until September 6,
2009. From September 7 to December 31, 2009,
there will be a $3000 per person cancellation
fee. There are no refunds after December 31,
2009. International air cancellation terms are
additional. We highly recommend that all
travelers obtain
Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance. |

We will travel to a very remote region of the world and thus
require all travelers obtain travel insurance
that includes
emergency evacuation coverage
of at least $250,000 USD. Each traveler must
provide proof of this insurance before final
travel documents will be issued.
In addition to the required emergency
evacuation insurance, we highly recommend that
all participants obtain travelers’
Cancellation/Medical Insurance.
If you purchase this coverage within 21 days of
the date of your first tour payment,
pre-existing medical conditions will be covered.
