per person advance payment (payable by
MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American
Express cards or by check drawn on a US
bank), along with a completed reservation
form, confirms your space. The balance is
due November 12, 2009. We reserve the right
to treat a reservation as cancelled if
payments are not received when due. | |

Cancellations
must be made in writing by email, fax or
mail. All advance payments, less a $500 per
person service fee, are refundable until
November 12, 2009. There are no refunds
after November 12, 2009. We highly recommend
that all travelers obtain
Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance. | |
