 Kenya Annular Eclipse Trip Cost:

 
   
  $4390 USD per person, double or triple occupancy. Add $800 for single occupancy.

  • Accommodations as per itinerary
  • Meals as specified per the itinerary
  • Airport-hotel transfers for those arriving and departing the dates of the tour.
  • All indicated excursions and transfers
  • All game viewing activities as per itinerary
  • Charter flight transfers as per itinerary
  • All park fees and taxes
  • Services of the lodge guides and staff
 
  All tour prices and airfares quoted in this brochure are based on tariffs, costs, and exchange rates of the United States dollar that were in effect at the time of publication. Consequently, prices herein are subject to change. Due to fluctuations in oil prices, a fuel surcharge may be added to your tour fee. International airfare to and from Nairobi, Kenya (airport NBO); Kenya visa fee (approximately $50 USD); Gratuities to drivers and guides; Any unrelated excursions or activities; All items not expressly listed above - including but not limited to food or beverages not included with group meals; trip medical/cancellation insurance (highly recommended); items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone expense, excess baggage fees, etc.

 
     
  Payments & Terms: 
   
  A $1000 USD per person advance payment (payable by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express cards or by check drawn on a US bank), along with a completed reservation form, confirms your space. The balance is due November 12, 2009. We reserve the right to treat a reservation as cancelled if payments are not received when due. 
     
   Cancellations: 
     
  Cancellations must be made in writing by email, fax or mail. All advance payments, less a $500 per person service fee, are refundable until November 12, 2009. There are no refunds after November 12, 2009. We highly recommend that all travelers obtain Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance.
